Third: cutting, there are many ways of cutting

Fourth: flanging tapping, also known as hole drawing, is to draw a slightly larger hole on a smaller base hole, and then tap on the hole drawing. This can increase its strength and avoid sliding teeth.

Fifth: punch processing, general punch processing has punching angle, punching blanking, punching convex hull, punching tear, hole extraction and other processing methods, in order to achieve the processing purpose.

Sixth: press riveting, press riveting as far as our factory is concerned, we often use press riveting stud, press riveting nut, press riveting screw, etc. the press riveting method is generally completed by punch or hydraulic press riveting machine, which is riveted to the sheet metal parts.

Seventh: bending, bending is to fold 2D flat parts into 3D parts. Its processing needs a folding machine and the corresponding bending die to complete the operation. It also has a certain bending sequence. The principle is that the next tool will not interfere with the bending first, but will interfere with the bending later

Eighth: welding, welding is the assembly of multiple parts together, to achieve the purpose of processing, or a single part edge seam welding, in order to increase its strength.

Ninth: surface treatment, surface treatment generally phosphating film, electroplating colorful zinc, chromate, paint, oxidation and so on.
